We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, and Office/Commercial Cleaning, across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and surrounding communities in British Columbia. Specific inclusions for each service are described on our Site and may be confirmed at the time of booking.

 

2. Booking and Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by other communication channels we make available. We will confirm your appointment date, time, and estimated duration prior to service. Please provide accurate details about your space so we can prepare an accurate quote and allocate sufficient time.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

Rates displayed on our Site are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to confirmation based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the space to be cleaned. Add-on services (such as balcony/patio cleaning, oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery shampooing, or interior window cleaning) are priced separately and confirmed before service where applicable. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments (a “lockout,” where our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
